Dix Densley

Dix has called West Texas home since 2014, and he’s enthusiastic about helping you set down roots here as well! After managing several sales offices in Dallas and Salt Lake City, Dix successfully built his own property services business from the ground up. After selling his company, Dix turned to real estate and the business of helping others realize their dreams of home ownership and growing personal wealth here on the South Plains. In his first year as an agent, he is on track to do a record-breaking volume of business. Dix’s focus on finding the right home for the client, meticulously managing the transaction process, and negotiating a competitive deal set him apart as a driven and focused agent you can rely on.

Born in San Antonio and raised in Texas and Oregon, Dix attended Brigham Young University in Provo, UT, where he earned degrees in political science and business. He met his wife while attending BYU and moved with her to Lubbock so she could pursue a doctorate degree at Texas Tech. Dix has thrown himself into community life here in Lubbock. He serves on the board of the Flatlands Dance Theater and the advisory committee of the Child Development Research Center at Tech, and volunteers with the South Plains Council of Scouting BSA. You may recognize Dix, a classically trained dramatic tenor, from Lubbock Moonlight Musicals or the Texas Tech Opera. In his spare time, Dix enjoys Crossfit, food challenges, and spending time with his toddler son. The Densleys are active members of their local congregation of The Church of Jesus of Latter-day Saints and prioritize God, family, and serving their fellow men.
