In 2000 I began my first job in a property management office. At this company I started as a receptionist. When I left that company I had been the receptionist, leasing agent, assistant property manager and bookkeeper. Taking on these roles taught me a lot about property management. I have been with WestMark since May 2002. I wanted to be a part of the WestMark family and took the only job opening they had at the time, receptionist of the Property Management department. July of 2004 I became the assistant to Lisa Miller and Teresa Critz, the Two Sisters of WestMark. March of 2005 I obtained my real estate license. I continue to assist Teresa, but have also launched my career as a Property Manager.
Being licensed in March of 2005 gave me 9 months to set records. I was leasing leader 4 of the nine months and tied for one more. I beat the WestMark record for most leases in one month with 21 leases in August 2005.
I strive to provide the best for my clients whether it is to find the perfect lease home, or for owners to find a qualified resident for their investments properties.
I also enjoy serving on the local United Way Campaign, helping kids get shoes with the Walk With Pride and serving on committees for the Local Association of Realtors and the Lubbock Apartment Association.
I am a life long resident of Lubbock. I have been married since September 2001 to my husband, Philip. Philip also works in the home business; he is a carpenter that specializes in custom cabinets and trim. We are blessed with a wonderful family.
