My name is Justin Backus and I am relatively new to the real estate profession, being that I have been licensed since January of 2006. However, I feel that in my first year of service as a fully licensed Property Manager I have learned very much about this business. I have started from scratch and feel that my motivation and youthful energy has been able to propel me to be extremely successful already in my short time in this business.
In my first year here at WestMark I have been the Leasing Leader or tied for the lead 5 out of the 11 months that I have been licensed and overall am the leasing leader for the year of 2007.
I also have been working towards expanding my Management Portfolio and providing successful and honest management services to all of my clients. I currently manage about 50 residential rental properties here in Lubbock and I feel that I have a nice range that allows me to experience many different types of property. I manage quiet a few multi-family housing units as well as single family homes. My properties range from $375 a month all the way up to $2500 a month, so I feel that there is not an income level that I have not already learned to deal with and manage successfully.
I have lived in Lubbock since I graduated high school. This is my home town and I care for it deeply. I feel that this town has everything to offer both owners looking to invest in rental property as well as potential renters looking for a nice home to fit their needs.
