Personal: Nita is a partner at WestMark, a member of the Management Team and director of the Commercial Division. She believes in serving her community and profession and has been President and Chairman of the Board of the Lubbock Association of Realtors®, has served on the Board of Directors of the Texas Association of Realtors®, has been President of the Texas Chapter of Real Estate Brokerage Council. She has served 12 years on the Board and two years as President of the Lubbock Housing Finance Corporation. In the community, Nita currently is Chair of the Educational Leadership Team at Hope Lutheran Church and School. Other areas of service include Lubbock Economic Council, Osher Life-long Learning Institute, City Landfill Site Advisory Committee, Chamber of Commerce and United Way
