Personal: Kay is a native Lubbockite, which allows her to see the phenomenal growth Lubbock has experienced. Prior to real estate she was involved for several years in the medical community as a Registered Radiographer. Kay is married to Gerald Ward, VP at US Foodservice. Kay and Gerald have two sons, Brandon and Matthew, who both attend Texas Tech University. The entire family loves sports and are avid supporters and fans of Texas Tech University football, basketball and baseball.
